    I caught my red basket starfish on the prowl last night and shot a short video. Sorry for the sucky quality but I haven't yet found a decent setting for the movie mode on my camera that plays nice with tank lighting...especially actinic lighting (which is what was on at that time at night).

    You can hear the camera clicking and such, I will substitute the audio track when I'm home from work...otherwise put on some tunes you like sit back and enjoy.

    Nope not fish it's a filter feeder, though just to see I did tr y to feed it some mysis and some seafood mix I make for my fish and it didn't take it.

    im pretty sure they cannot defend themselves. they just move to slow. if its for a mantis tank, the mantis usually leaves them alone.
