I cannot describe how pissed off at myself I am. As i was running the through pre-drilled holes in my stand, I accidentally yanked the head unit chord through a hole and pulled the bus end of it right off. Now i have 6 exposed wires. Please tell me there's a way I can put a new bus end on this to plug into my PC4. The last thing I want is to have bought all this and just ruin the controller system it runs on.....

I feel like it just be a simple standard fix, just putting a new bus plug on the existing wire. I have never wired a phone jack/bus plug so I dont know how to do this and will likely end up having digital aquatics fix it as long as its not too costly...

Any advice, i pretty much want to shoot myself in the foot right now, I cant seem to do anything right in this hobby.

You can't kindly email the company and ask for a wire diagram then go out and buy the part and tool to do it or you can just buy another wire from them.

You can always buy a new cord. Contact support and tell them your mistake and they may send a new one free. Here is the link to purchase.

Much respect for digital aquatics. Very fast response to my email. They r even fixing it free of charge, all i have to do is pay for shipping. Now thats a reputable company and i will be a return buyer :). Hopefully ill have this thing up and running soon.

Their forums are quite prompt too with regards to helping set up and programming.
