I just made the plunge into calcium reactors. I would not recommend going with the one you have linked. You think "all it is is a cylinder that you pump CO2 into and swirl it around"...more to it than that. If you start reading the reviews for the cheaper ones you will find out why they are so cheap. People have to mod them because they leak etc. I spent 250 or so for mine and was still not quite happy with it. Get a good one. You'll end up getting a good one later on once you realize the cheap one is junk anyway.

I have one of the phosban reactors though and they are great. Very simple and hold the media well. Get two if you want. One for phosphate removal and one for carbon and daisy chain them.

Edit: However, if you don't have a heavy calcium load (lots of sps, lps, clams) I wouldn't get a calcium reactor at all. Kalk or 2-part dosing is much cheaper.

Would you suggest a single or a double?

Edit: I mean 2 singles or 1 double.

I got the kit for 89.99 so I would not have to bother buying a pump and tubing. I think it would be a great fit for your tank because it holds so much media.
