This is going to sound hilarious. Believe it or not, I live upstairs in a little bitty apartment.

I couldn't get far enough from the tank to get a good FTS. I do have something of the sort, though. I'll go hunt it down.

Please, keep in mind that there was a blind Sohal living in the tank. The unattractive algae on the back glass was kept there for her.

Most of what you see in the pic towards the top are my leathers (honestly, I lost count of how many I have). However, the large coral at the top in this pic is a porites.

    Nice!
Yeah I leave the ugly algae on my back glass for my tang to have something to munch on as well. True story :)

Ugh. This is actually making me quite sad. I didn't see that coming.

I do hope you all enjoy, though.

It's making me sad and it's not even my tank or one I've ever dealt with but I get the feeling like a good friend is gone.

And yes it is a great excuse to be lazy. ;)

I have to hold my head up. The good news is that I am one step closer to being moved, and will hopefully be more stable in my living arrangements (that is not on a second floor, especially). I have been planning a 300-450 gallon build for some time. I really love Naso Tangs, and want to have a really nice home for one. I still have all of the leathers you see, and will hopefully be able to put all of them in the MONSTER. I did have an extremely bright green tentacled umbrella leather that I had to let go to a new home. That one kills me. But, the new owner said he will bring me a frag before I move. So, hopefully even that will turn out for the best.

Of course, the mushrooms, my real passion, are all still here. That is always a positive note.

Aha, more fish pictures found. Here is Olivia playing in the blonde BTA. This is a strange anemone. After generations, the anemone is still the same color. It is currently in my "non-primary" system, living in the sump, which is a well-lit 40g breeder with a Korallia powerhead in it.

This is Omar (Papa, as I called him) guarding the RBTA. This anemone is in the same system as the blonde one, but living in the top.

All right, one more before I head off.

This should be the first picture in the thread. I just rushed to get some pictures up so everyone would have something to look at. But, here is the queen of the tank. There are many, many stories to tell about this fish. She has been with me for many years. In every sense of the matter, she is a family member. She has lived in a 55g, an 80g, the 125g, and is currently living in my new DT. I actually built the new DT just for her. A $300 tank for a $4 fish, go figure. She will be going with me, wherever I go. I know the life expectancy of this fish (I wish I didn't.). However, I do hope she gets to live in the MONSTER when it is built.

Note the Murex Ramose shell behind her (with the ugly Monti living on it). This damsel has been living in that shell since she came to live with us (again, many years). She will fight any fish who tries to go near it (although she has always been a peaceful damsel). I even removed a flame angel from the tank, as the angel seemed to be winning the battle for rights to the shell. This will be HER shell, as long as I can help it.

The picture here is horrible, but, is a good introduction.

The story behind her name is long. So, I will tell that tale in the next day or so.
