    OK, here is a totally random pic of me. Circa 1996. My sister wanted me to "do that thing" with my elbow. I am double jointed. Something my son and I have in common. I actually made a guy puke in a bar when I let the arm go suddenly into this position and screamed like I had broken it. It was pretty amusing. He was pretty drunk.

    I am not this skinny anymore. My metabolism changed suddenly two years later and I went from 155 (I am 6'2") to 200 in two months. Now I am 215 and trying to work my way down.
