    how they heck you get that plastic part off? part B I think is what is in the instructions...the part that you need to remove to get the impeller out etc. Am I just not using enough force? doh

    i think it turns to the left and i use the handles of a pare of pliers kind of like a wrench to turn it. when i open mine.
