I have set up the 55 gallon tank i picked up and it came with a WON Pro Heat 300w Titanium heater. Reading on some other sites i have heard people having issues with them. I need to keep the heater in the wet/dry so it has to be 14" or less. Anyone have suggestions on a fully submersible heater that i can put in the acrylic wet/dry? Or feedback on the WON?

a 250 or 200 watt unit should be just fine. I like the titanium ones. they do well for me. I have a 200 watt (dont know brand) without a thermostat and a 300 watt finnex. the 200 watt would be good. look at the finnex ones. I got mine from Marine depot. works Great, and love that the thermostat is close to the plug and not on the unit itself.
