I think they could rearrange if the corals are not anchored. The puffer is known to eat sessile inverts. Niger won't eat corals.

any trigger with an upturned mouth mostly eat out of the water column, not too sure about the puffer tho. I have heard they can bust up rock to trim their teeth, but havent heard any stories about them eating corals.

    Niger trigger should be fine.
Not sure about the puffer, i think they are safe corals wise but not invert wise.

Cool im not worried about inverts, i dont have many and dont plan on getting much....as far as corals thats my only concern....how aggressive are both of these fish towards other fish?

I just recently added a 3" Niger Trigger and so far there has been no eating coral and he seems to have a pretty passive personality...although he is tank mates with a 6" pink tail trigger that is pretty aggressive.

The niger trigger should be fine, some can even be 100% reef safe, but I think the puffer might nip at some hard corals.
