I'm about an hour east of you and I order from bulk reef supply a fair bit. They are quick with shipping and great to deal with. I ordered my RO/DI from them and have been very happy with it. They do have a special shipping to Canada so that there are no added taxes or duty on the items. It does cost a little more up front but I've never had a problem with anything from them.

p.s. They say that they only ship to Canada on fridays, but I have placed an order with them on a monday and had it before friday before.

    Thank you very much

I'll check out the bulk reef supply but I can only spend max 200$ on this shipping included in budget

My Ebay special RO- for drinking water, and DI- for the DT both put out 0 TDS.

My tap is only about 150TDS though.

anyways, my RODI was $152 shipped to my door in WI, no sure about Canada.

However for the better system for the buck, I'd listen to AZ...Rat, and go with the spectrapure fefurbed model. Actually, the Ales rep came on one of the posts and said that it was a bulk order that was shipped back, apparently unopened?, or something like that. Nevertheless, AZdeseertRat knows what he's talking about as far as the quality of the membranes, filters, etc.

I know isn't this crazy! I just hope we don't pay for it come april lol. I'm gonna be commuting to Toronto for trade school in march and april so I'm hoping the weather doesn't turn for the worst.

You don't want the inline TDS meter, get the handheld, its more accurate and more useful since it can be used portabl instead of being tied to only two points.

Bulk Reef does not offer what Spectrapure does as far as filter micron ranges, treating and testing or custom hand blended DI resins that last at least 30% longer and get a true 18.2 megaohms or 0 TDS.

well I was just trying to checkout on the spectra-pure but it appears that it does not ship to canada, kind of frustrating...
