    Well after keeping my nano for a year now and now upgraded to a 110g reef I am planning on buying an Ro/di system I have probably spent more money in the past years on water conditioner that I would of payed for two Ro systems now lol so I was leaning towards the spectrapure system because I can get a refurb for cheaper good idea? Bad idea? I have a limit of 150$ cause I will also have to pay shipping I'm in Canada any other suggestions? Also I'm assuming it will come with all the parts necessary to set it up. I'm planning on ordering tonight because I want this thing ASAP Thanks guys I know you love your rodi ;)

    Excellent idea. Myself and many others have the Spectrapure refurb which is great. It is in brand new condition and comes with everything you need to run it, however you will need a TDS meter to make sure your system is producing pristine water.

    You might check on shipping to Canada, its often a deal breaker.
    I know there is a company called AquaSafe Canada but I do not recommend them, not sure about others. Possibly someone like Big Al's carries them in Canada??

    Its hard for me to understand why shipping is crazy like that when we are on the same continent?

    Yeah shipping is always a pain ha I don't like the big aLs around Here they seem to be over priced, also I will check that thread posted above Thanks guys Is there a spectra pure with a built on Tds? How much are they?

    Why not Bulk Reef Supply? I have the 5 Stage RO/DI and it works great. For 199.99 I'm pretty pleased and they are located in MN so fast shipping.
