Question on Powerhead size?

Hey all,

This has probably been answered a thousand times, but I cannot find one of them. I have what I believe is a 46 gal. flat back hex tank and the power heads that were in it seem weak. I was thinking about getting two koralia 2's for the front and a Nano for the back of the tank. any suggestions? Too much flow, not enough. The tank is not too busy. It had five fish and a couple random frags that I haven't identified yet. Lots of hitch hiker anenomes. But I will be adding star polyp, kenya tree, and waving xenia next week.

lots of hitch hiker anemones?? are they aptasia?? google that term and see if it looks similar.
