I've two Quiet One 4000 pumps putting out rougly 1200gph for a 190g FOWLR tank. Question: Is that enough gph flowing through the system? The water's flowing through a wet/dry with sump/refugium. Additional info is pumps are up against a 5ft head height. Will have a Koralia power head or 2 inside the tank for water flow, but I'm more interested if the gph going through sump and return is decent. Thank you so much for reading my post! :D

I would think that is putting more water through the sump than can be processed before its pumped back to tank. I'm not sure on those pumps head height conversions but you might be able to even cut that back to one pump.

A quick google search I seen that they are rated at 1027 gph, and roughly 700 gph at 5' of head. So that's not too bad of flow through the sump IMO.
