Question for New 55 Tank Setup

Thanks for the help. I already have the 55 gallon, stand, etc, the only think I have to do is decide on the filtration. Decisions, decisions, decisions.

 

I would tell you also to look into SWC skimmers for a skimmer i just got mine and its amazing. I agree with everyone go a sump and build your own i am doing that right now for my 55gal tank.

 

I am going to go with the sump, I just gotta find some articles on fails safes for the system. Job recently moved me to a suburb or Atlanta and in the summer it gets blistering hot causing many power outages. My floors are hardwood and I don't want overflows due to the system and power outtages all on my hardwood floors.
