    Hello fellow reefers,

    I just need to let you know that I have been ripped off by Pure Water Club.com

    I placed an order a month ago and received a confirmation email. They do not respond to any emails. They never provided any shipping information. They billed my credit card for $70 and never shipped me anything.

    Please save yourself some grief and do not purchase anything from these people. I learned a hard $70 lesson. I will never order anything else from overseas.

    Hmmm. I have used them twice in the past with no problems. Not the best quality products, but nothing like you have stated. Sorry for your bad experience.

    I agree, I ordered through them and it was shipped super fast and got it within a week of ordering it. No complaints with them at all.

    Have you tried calling them, if you havent that is probably your best bet..just remember kill people with kindness, frustation and anger wont get you anywhere (you have every right to be upset though it wont do you any good) Maybe their emails were down, maybe they were out of the office etc.. to many variables. Also, call your CC company and post a fraudulant (sp?) claim. They will refund your money.

    Agreed, I bought portable ro/di from them and within 4 months, TDS reading 100ppm. They agreed to sent replacement but never sent one. no replies to any of my emails.

    Problems with them as well. I ordered a unit and it showed up completely put together wrong, like the water flow was routed back into itself. Add in that the canister protective plastic was screwed up unto main bracket so I had to basically take it all apart. Every joint leaked and required me to take apart and thread tape it myself, not a single joint was anything more than finger tight at best anyways. I forget how many emails later without an response I left them neutral feedback, and nuetral was being generous. 2 months later I got a broke english "why you leave bad feed back? email us instead." lol, ok check your inbox.

    This is the difference between dealing with an importer with only an internet presence compared to a real live brick and mortar store where you talk to a human who builds your system fresh from the ground up when you order it.

    Its called quality and customer service. When you shop for price alone you will not receive either. As I have always said, "There really is a difference!"

    Ya, that sucks! Have you checked out bulk reef supply? There is a group order on here all the time, maybe you could get in on that and at least save yourself some on cost, their customer service is second to none!
