Just seeing what size and kind of pump you guys would recommend for a 20 main tank and a 10 gallon sump?

Do you know what the GPH on your overflow is going to be from the DT to the Sump?

You could do something as simple as a Mag 5 pump. It is rated at 500 gph. Your overflow is 300 gph alone and adds gravity as it flows down this will increase the gph. On the same point your Mag 5 with 500gph with head loss going up will even out the gph.
Even if you do not use a Mag 5 try to get aroung 500 gph or close.
I used this web site a ton when I built mine.
