I accidently bumped my lap top off the table. It only fell a foot onto the carpet and was working fine, 2 hours later none of the 4 USB ports are working.
Having no mouse or camera capabilities really sucks.......:-/

    TIA it's appreciated.

Did you try rebooting your computer?

    Lap top, windows.

When it fell the power cord came out, so technically I thought well that is a reboot (battery was out), but guess not since I have rebooted again and it's all good.

Thanks so much for the assist, I have a mouse now YEAH.......

    :)

Darn! My USBs and SD card reader are dead, I thought there would be a genius solution in this thread. :(

    Glad yours are working again!!

    Opps sorry Kacy, big bummer.

I thought the first one would have done it after the power plug got pulled but no. My so called computer expert BF wanted to spend 6 hours running diagnostic test I am like no way, it's has got to be a driver problem or worse.

    Thank you again. :)

Rebooting fixes a lot of computer issues.

    What did you do?
