Just out of curiosity has anyone been able to power a few computer fans with the variable speed ports on the apex controller? Willing to give a try but not sure if those ports are able to handle the small load of a fan. Hoping that someone on here has some insight on load carrying capabilities of these ports.

Well said, also if you did get this to work you will put extra load on your tanks life support system. Buy some USB fans and use a Cell Phone wall charger to power them.

cool. great info. had to ask. my biggest reason for trying that was to minimize extra spaghetti all over the place. lol. trying to do some cable management.
