Got me a new 4 powerhead wavemaker...want to dump my giant Koralia 5 and 3 and replace them with 4 smaller powerheads and use the whole "wavemaker" system as prescribed. I would like some input on a good quality PH without breaking the bank..as well as any other opinions in regards to this change/upgrade I am planning....motor on the "dry" side is the style I want...but they seem to be out of my $ range..maybe I'm looking in the wrong place...throw me a bone ! LOL;D

    Thanx folks! :)

Koralia Evos are the way to go. I'd recommend either 4 1050s or maybe 2 1050s and 2 1400s (one of each on each side). May seem like overkill, but remember, with the wavemaker some of the time not all of the powerheads will be spinning.

The Evolutions are much smaller and much more energy efficient than the old Koralias.
I have two 1400's in my 100G and am very happy with them compared to the old K4's and Sicce Voyagers they replaced.

Doing some reading on them now...compared energy efficiency, big plus...they look easier to maintain also...This should be a nice change. Working with an ebay seller now to get a package deal..we will see.
    So your running 2 1400's in the 100? ..am I over doing it with 2 1050 and 2 1400 in the 90? should I do just do all 4 1050's? :-/

Besides the 1400's, I have an Oceans Motions Squirt two way on my return pump so have another 750-800 GPH of random flows returning through Loc Line nozzles at different time sequences than the Evos so get real chaotic flows.
I have thought about a third Evo in the back center to add even more flow.
