I am downsizing from a 33 gallon to a 10gal and the powerhead I have now is obviously too strong for my corals in a 10gal. What GPH should I be looking for for a 10gal? I was thinking around 420? I'm unsure.

I have a Koralia K1 and a Koralia Evolutions Nano 425 in a 16G bowfront and it could still use a little more flow, even with 2" of southdown sand for substrate.
