    I agree with the Koralia. Mine was not quite 40 bucks (for 37 gallons) and it works great.

    yea i have just one koralia 2 in my 60
    i wanted to get more but i had no money so i only bought one

    I think maxi jets are ok not the best. i dont have any but im getting some soon

    i use the korilias ive got a nano / a number 1 / 2 number 2's and a number 4 they all work great

    The Koralias are hard to beat for price and performance. They move a ton of water for very little power consumption and are pretty compact in size compared to the Seios which do the same thing. MJ powerheads really are a different animal, they move less water but in a concentrated jet or stream versus the wide dispersed flow from the Koralias.
    Long term look at watts per gallon of water moved as it will save you money on operating expenses.

    +1 Koralia for the best budget powerhead. You get the highest volume, broadest, most chaotic flow for the price IMO. Like AZ said Maxijets only produce straight line (laminar flow) which I don't think is suitable for coral which prefer more chaotic flow.
