So like the title says i need a poop crew. I have fish dropping bombs like crazy and i never once thought hey get something in there to clean it. So i am wanting to know if there is any snails or sea stars or anything that will eat the #2.

For your particular situation, get some better flow in the tank ( powerhead ) and pick up some reef safe hermits and nassa snails. Good luck :)

How should I position them? I seem to stir up my sand bed every time

What size tank do you have and what is the GPH rating for your powerheads?

Your powerheads may just be too powerful. More powerheads at a lower GPH each seem to be ideal.

Cuc and power head gph all depends on your tank size and what you have stocked in your tank. I keep one power head about 3 inches off the sand bed shooting full blast across my tank long ways and one half blast close to the top to keep top adjitation.

I think your on the right track.

2 powerheads at 800gph is the same as 4 powerheads at 400gph, except you aren't blowing sand around.

I don't know the size of your tank, but for my 40g breeder tank I have 2 powerheads at only 425gph each, and it seems to be plenty when combined with the return flow from the sump.
