I just finished a rock sculpture using pond foam to hold it together. I made one over a year ago that is still in one of the FOWLR's. This one is for the reef tank. It's about 24" at it's longest point. The coral placement isn't finished yet, that will take a few days at least.

It's seven different rocks stuck together. First with super glue to get it tacked together, then pond foam sprayed in between the gaps. After it dried, I used a knife to cut it to shape, then a rasp and a 4" coarse screw to add texture.

Thanks, all. ;D The red Favia is the only coral that will stay where it is. I haven't decided what I want to put on it, although the Black Sun coral and the Dendro seem real happy where they are. I'll get pictures up when it's more situated.
