    2-175watt 14k Metal Halide and 2-4' VHO. I did recently rearrange my rocks and they ended up like 5" higher in the tank maybe that is it...

    Those bumps are perfectly normal. Zoa blisters are clear anyways... The "bumps" are the tentacles not expanded for whatever reason.
