They spawning is by polyp bail out or true spawning. If by ail out it can damage corals where ever it touches. It takes a while for colonies to grow from single polyps but it could in time take over your tank.

 

Hey bud... Well the doser has now been replaced with a geo ca reactor I got from a friend. Only reason I switched was because the whole set up was given to me for free. Up until I replaced it the pumps were working pretty good!

 

this is true i have alot of them now, if one pops up you don't want, a drop or two of thick mixed kalk will take care of it just place on top of it and it will die quickly you can control it easy like this or break it off and sell it or give it to a friend

Great to hear. Thanks for all the feedback. As for the packag deal, my friend bought a new house and has been doing a lot of remodeling and has had no time for the system.

So I bought the whole setup, 54gal corner with stand, Aqua Medic MH/T5 fixture, pumps, sump, skimmer, evolution powerheads, wavemaker, LR, clam, coral and the rest of the livestock.

When he starts back up he's going bigger.
