    that's just a little feather duster i think..they're all over my tank..i THINK thats what they are lol i hope they're not baby aptasia or something..i haven't seen any growth from them at all though so i dont think they are..

    cool, If the others are strawberry anenome, should I keep them or Kill them?

    is there a tube at the base? if so definately a duster. if not i would be leaning towards aiptasia. what color is it? cant tell to well from the pic sorry

    It is white, and it does not have a tube. I killed a small aiptasia earlyer this week and it does not look anthing like that, more like a spider or star. It is about the size of a nickel, and no mouth or center.

    it is a orange ball anemone or some type of ball anemone i have them too . they are safe small and are nocturnal look up ball anemone or coralomorphs


    Orange ball anemones aren't anemones at all. They're coralomorphs, a different family entirely. If you've looked at the Solomons pages, you'll note that anemone shrimp don't hang around much in anemones, but in mushroom coral, which also looks like an anemone, but isn't. If it's got sticky fingers, divers will call it an anemone. Anyway, orange ball anemones stay curled up during the day, but open like this at night. The diagonal slit in the upper center of the picture is the mouth.
