    Hello,
    I am SPANKING new to the salt water scene. I recently acquired a skimmer and have no idea what it is rated for. It has a huge foot print 14"x7" and 23+/-" tall:eek:. It has a reef octopus label on it. But that is all I know. and I also noticed it has no gate valve. I have no idea how to work this skimmer. I think it is too big for my 72G bowfront:confused:. Please help. Thank you all.
