    Burn it!
Hopefully it's only the one that you found and it didn't release any spoors.

Thanks. What should I burn them with? :) There are about 5 on the frag plug.

My Clownfish was also found dead in the corner of my tank today and the other one isn't eating. I don't think there is anything that hasn't gone wrong with my tank

Just curious, how many fish total did you have before some started to die, and in what size tank?

I've great luck burning aptasia. I've only ever had like 2 or three ever, and always took the rock piece they were on out of the tank and burnined the whole area where it was with the butane fire starter I use for my fireplace and campfires, etc.
You could also use a bic butane lighter if you know any smokers I guess.

I had 2 Clownfish and 2 Blue/Green Chromis, but I was given 2 other fish, another Ocellaris Clownfish and a Lemonpeel Angelfish, and I needed to keep them in my current tank (29 gallon) temporarily while I set up my 52 gallon tank.

The Aiptasia seem to have disappeared. If I get more I'll burn them ;) I would have done that at first, but they were connected to some Zoas, and I'd rather not set the coral on fire

So I was told to take out the sandbed and do a full water change on the tank, then add a really shallow sandbed. Should I do this?

Sometimes its best to just leave the tank alone.Doing 100 percent WC's and scrubbing rocks disturbs the biofilm and from what I have read here you may be doing more harm then good.GHA and other nuisances will not effect water quality and limiting nutrients and doing regular small WC's will be much safer to the overall stability of the system.Sometimes we try too hard to institute changes and this is counter productive. How many inches of sand do you have and what inhabitants are still in the system?
Also it seems like you are overstocking the tank.Small tanks are NOT easy to maintain.I am an experienced reefer and I spent more time messing with my Nano then I did with my 90 or 120.When dealing with small systems it is imperative NOT to add more then a couple of small fish. You just have no safety net with such a small ammount of water.
