Yesterday everything in my tank was acting normal. This morning I looked at the tank and freaked out. I saw my Lemonpeel Angelfish dead in the corner, the heads of one of my Frogspawn colonies all detached from the base, my SPS all lost their color, one of my Mushrooms melted, the base of my Fungia is turning white, my Anemone won't open, and the fish are all breathing heavily. I did a water change a few days ago and am picking some more up right now from my LFS.

    PLEASE HELP!!!!!!

Well you're going to have to do some tests for nitrate, nitrite, Ammonia, etc.
    Sounds like high ammonia.

First change water then after that the testing. There is no doubt you have a problem with your water. I imagine all filters are working properly and tempeature is ok.

Yeah, I'm going to go to my LFS as soon as they open. Temperature is fine and all equipment is working properly. I'm not at home right now, but I've already taken the sample in a container. I didn't do a water change yet today. I'll do one as soon as I get home from my LFS.

If it is ammonia, what would you recommend that I do? A big water change?

Not sure what Alpha is either. Prime will work though. Any of the ammonia fixing chemicals will work in the short term until you can get the source tracked down.
