So yeah, its Friday night, and my boyfriend and I are on a mission to prevent a potential bryopsis outbreak. It came in on a frag, and spread to some of the other plugs on the frag rack (Yes, the frag rack from the "Guess whats in the box" thread). So we were fraggin these frags to physically remove it. In this process, some palytoxin was expelled, across the room. We keep the supplies that we use on a regular basis (food, test kits, fragging supplies, turkey baster, gloves etc.) on the table a few feet away from the tank. The palytoxin landed somewhere over there. Now before I go cleaning all of this random stuff (which probably isn't a bad idea either way lol) - how stable is palytoxin when not in saltwater? Is it worth cleaning every test kit bottle? How long until it decomposes? I hope it didn't get into those ro/di housings I just cleaned.. Any references would be great. I am open to scientific journal articles as well.

Btw, it went at least 4 feet! I had no idea it could go that far! I was sitting 4 feet in the other direction!
