    I am going to guess that they have several warehouses/holding zones. They probably need to move it from one holding zone to another then ship it out to you. There might have been some problem in that process...maybe, just a guess.

    ya that was one of the only reasons I could think of. they sent me that right before they closed for the day so i wont get any answers from them untill morning
