i use a pinpoint PH monitor and have been happy with it. However, i have never used any other so can't compare.

I use a Pinpoint pH meter too. It's great. I cross test it from time to time with my API pH test and they have always matched (well API really only gives you 0.2 pH point accuracy, but the Pinpoint probe has always been within the range).

There are no readily available calium monitors. They need constant recalibration, are pricey, and aren't reliable.

I love my hanna testers for calcium, alk, magnesium, and phosphate! Pin point makes a great PH monitor.

They require constant recalibration. You are better off just grabbing some salifert tests for calcium.

In order to keep its accuratacy, the calcium probe needs to be calibrated pretty often, making it somewhat useless to run 24/7 in your water.

well then its waste of money i guess. but im really tierd of testing calcium via test kits. is there any other good option? i had to get red of my sps due to this as my calcium level would fluctuate very much.
