Looking to add some fish! I was thinking this and a goby/pistol shrimp pair. Does Pikeblenny need live?

It shouldn't, but it will eat pods. Care for them is similar to that of barnacle blennies.

On live aquaria it says they are peaceful but on forums it says they're aggressive?

Will NOT be compatible with a shrimp/goby pair. Both live and burrow in the sand.

Yeah a goby (especially with a shrimp) would probably be very territorial towards the blenny.
