We got a Pigmy Angel today and he hides behind a very large Mushroom Leather. I noticed him nipping on the stalk of the Leather. I know they can destroy Clam's and Worm's, but will they eat his Leather? I bought him a bunch of stuff today since I owe him so much. (coldshot)
    Thank you

Will it kill or damage coral's or just pick at them?
    Thank you very much Steve.

Some dwarf angels develop a taste for some corals - some people have had experience of them clearing a Zoanthid colony - by eating the Zoas

others like myself, have had dwarf angels that constantly pecked at lots of different corals (soft finger leather was my last case) and this caused the coral to retract polyps on a daily basis, maybe 2 or 3 times a day, which I felt, if allowed to go on long term, would eventually harm the coral , so I removed the flameback

I agree with steve, they may leave things alone, but will usually nip at corals and can sometimes mow through them. What type of angel is it?
