Fantastic accent lighting, or at least for nanos and with the type of bulbs I have! Noticable difference! Pictures do not do it justice (as always lol) Check it out! First picture is of my 10gal without the blue strip on, and the second is of the strip on. What do you guys think? The LEDs also added a slight shimmer effect, just beautiful! I love my tank even more now!

Gorgeous tank, definitely a more pleasing color to the tank.

The main lights are Coralife mini compact flourescent bulbs 50% actinic 50% 10,000K. I was tired of the crappy colors it was making my corals look like so I added the blue led strip and it worked great! The mini compacts aren't the greatest but they are working fantastic for the corals I have. I especially see a lot of growth in the zoas, the mushrooms are really starting to multiply too. And the frogspawn on the left I will have to frag again soon once the split gets towards the bottom of the branch more. I've had people tell me that these particular bulbs won't grow much coral at all, but personally they are doing a great job with my corals!
