    Hi All;

    So I am having an internal debate about what to do for a QT set-up for my upcoming build. I have a few ideas, but I am curious to see what other folks out there have. Does anyone also have their QT tank set-up out in the open as like a DT?

    I've mentioned in my build thread that I live in condo and don't have any place I can stash one out of sight, so I want to have one that is functional and visually appealing. Down the road I may use it as a grow out tank when it isn't necessary to have it in use as a QT, but that may be a crazy thought.

    For now, I am considering buying an all-in-one for this purpose.

    What do others have? I will be honest that I may steal any ideas if I see something I like!

    Well in order to keep a QT tank running you will need to put some sort of permanent resident in there to keep the bacteria alive.(Gobies are great for this). That being the case I would suspect most people use them as small display tanks. I currently don't have one but when I did and was going through the pains of maintaining it I wanted to display it.;) Doesn't have to be anything fancy I used a 10 gallon tank with a simple HOB filter,small PH,heater, and a cheap light fixture.
