    It looks beautiful.

The fish look very healthy and fat. The tank looks very much like a natural reef.

That patch of zoanthids is going to town. Seems like you have had that one patch since I have been a member?

Corailline, I have had those since they were less than 20 polyps that started in October 2010. now I can literally remove over 150 heads and never notice. They are called Pickupman's Tank Invaders.. Highly sought after because of their rock covering ability. too bad that scares too many folks, LOL.

This morning My Urchin, Spike, seemed to have found

So you do frag them? Is that easy to do with that placement in the tank or do you just let them over grow a piece of rubble and remove that?

Yeah I would be a little frightened as well LOL.

    Urchin top hat.

every month or two I get in there with a knife and scrape them off. once I get a few of hte mat up, I can usually pull a bunch off at a time. I then take the mat I pulled up and frag them into 4-8 polyp frags on plugs.

Beautiful pictures, tank, fish, and corals :)

I love your Powder Brown. How is its behavior? I have read very mixed reviews between being one of the least aggressive of the Acanthurus, to being very aggressive towards other tangs.

he is a model citizen. I got him from a friend along with the blue tang at the same time. The atlantic blue is the most ill behaved fish in the tank. bullies any new addition regardless of species. Fortunately, putting a mirror on the tank works like a charm with him.

Good to know. That is more like what I thought for them as far as behavior. I will keep him on my possible list for my 125 still :) Thanks for the info!
