WOW, what a nice tank!!!

Thanks man. they are like puppies. always begging for food and they follow me around the tank. the sohal is the goofy one. always hitching a ride in the current and chewing on my fingers when i am trying to glue a frag down.

 

Got me some GOODIES!!!!! YAY!!!

complete filter set for the RO/DI. got it all setup and ready to add water. I have to tap into the plumbing under the house which means cutting the 3/4" cpvc and putting in a t fitting. then threading it down to the 1/4" line. UGH!

also got 1000ML of EcoBak pellets and a dual BRS reactor. got that all plumbed into the system and it looks great!

I also coudl not pass up a deal on a trio of Square back blotchy anthias at the LFS. $100 and they were mine! all made it safely home and are hiding together under the rocks. they did eat a bit when I fed the tank. ill get photos asap.

lastly, I got the 20k Plusrites in. WOO HOO!!! they look SWEET. a perfect color when they get burned in. dont get me wrong, I loved the 14k's but the 20's are sweet. and I tihnk they will burn into a 14k color anyways. I also got 4 wavepoint coralwave t-5's which by themselves give a nice purple hue and really make the corals pop by themselves. I do like!!!

I just love the square back anthias. If I had a larger tank they would be the first fish in it. Sorry to hear about the loss.

On another note, getting new bulbs is big time exciting IMO. My family thinks I am nuts to get excited about a light bulb. They have no idea.....

LolLolLol:LolLolLol:LolLolLol u are funnny man.. the deal was on the sohal and Naso for $50 each back in the summertime and trading that evil bicolor for the purple tang.

Fwiw, the other two are still hiding but venturing out now and then.

RO/DI is installed and is functional. not as much pressure here as the old house so it is SLOW!!! whew. already reading 1tds out of hte membrane and of course zero on the DI side.

 

Here are some from tonight. I got the 20k bulbs in and I really like the color of them. I am going to stick with these and return the 14k's.
