    This will help set your tank cycle into full swing. I bet you'll be surprised what all happens when it really does cycle.

    And yes, the patience at this stage is diffucult. Some add a damsel after the first week, but I'd urge you not to. Damsels are impossible to get out later and they are very often are regretted for their disposition.

    No fish just yet. Wait for the cycle to finish so your water is stable for the fish. Also, make sure your CUC has something to eat right now, there probably isn't much for it to munch on right now.

    I agree about the Damsel. I just had to remove the one I put in my tank when I introduced a Six Line Wrasse. He aggravated the heck out of him, biting at his tail and chasing him around the tank.

    Like others have said, be patient. ( I didn't but don't follow my lead)

    WAIT... Patience is probably one of the most important things in this hobby. I let my tank cycle for about 3 months, just to make sure. Not that everybody has to do that but adding fish at this point is way too soon. Just wait and it will pay off!
