I just bought some live rock. I still don't know much about this kind of stuff but I noticed little bugs they both are wormlike one is transparent and one is red with little spikes. Anyone have an idea of what these are? There are also these feather looking things that go in when spooked are any of these things good ?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
Most are probably harmless hitch hikers and not parasitic in nature.

Sounds like you have some pods, feather duster, and bristle worms, but without a picture it is hard to be sure.

Yup,feather duster/fan worm-harmless filter feeder and the bristle worm is a good scavenger
