My ossy-clowns are in my wifes tank with her two tomato's and the 4 of them are getting along just perfectly. If anything, the aneneneneneooommmeeeee is the only thing that seems to be getting over-used!

    good luck!

Well all I can say about that is my god did you get lucky! Tomato clowns are not called Devil clowns or Devil Spawn for nothing, I am really surprised that they have torn you Oc. Clowns to bits.

As far as keeping 2 pairs of Oc. Clowns together, in a tank that big it shouldn't be a problem. There is allot of room in that tank so they should be able to stake out their own space.

One question about the pair you have now, are they female and male or are they both males? (clowns are all born male) is one really a bunch bigger than the other? Reason I ask is if they have paired and one has changed into the dominate female you might have a bit of a problem and as it has been said be prepared to separate them.

JMHO, 4 or 5 caves isn't really that much, specially for a tank as large as yours. I just counted out the hidey-holes in my tank, and there is 16. That's in a 40 gallon. Try to make sure each fish has at least 2 spots it can retreat to, so they all will stay very happy come lights out.

just add them all at the same time to the 155 and you shouldnt have any issues. At the shop we have 2 pairs of ocellaris clowns in a 30 gallon tank. The 30 gallon is plumbed into a 1000 gallon system but they are all confined to the swimming area of a 30 gallon with no aggression at all. We also have numerous client with many pairs of ocellaris along with some of the nastier clowns like the tomato in 200 galllon tanks on down to 75 gallon tanks also with no aggression towards each other.
