paint on back of tank

    Thanks guys! I thought about the tint but on't want to get tint that may bubble up in the future. I'm gonna try the rustoleum and just make sure the tank is very clean and dry. I will do a few very light coats to maybe avoid bubbling and peeling later. thanks again all!!

    Why not just byt the black film from the store and apply it? Paind seems to me like its ruining a tank. I know the blue, black and reef pictured colors are available why ruin a tank with paint?

    Kudos+ I agree. I use the film from the LFS with Seaview gel and it works nice and it can come off if necessary.

    You guys are putting the film on the outside of the tank right? I would def. think so but just making sure.

    Absolutely! I use a ruler and credit card to spread the sheet on and cut the bottom with a sharp razor after application. This should be done before positioning tank or it could be tricky. Must use 2 people. One on each end to hold the sheet up and squeege the seaview on. Here's 2 pics of my old 120 and a pic of my 210 before setup.

    sry to jack ur thread but is there safe paint for INSIDE the tank i have som pvc id like to be black its in the tank
