I don't think so. If these things produced harmful vapors, I suspect that you wouldn't be burning them in the first place :)

Now, to go further, the fumes/vapor will be in the room for up to a week or so, I would have a fan going away from that room to suck the fumes away from it and direct it to another part of the house and/or weather permitting, open a window or door to get fresh air in there and also add a bubble stone to the sump (return water chamber) to get more oxygen into the display to displace any contaminants. This along with some Chemi-pure elite or other quality detox media will also help. If you can get your hands on a room sterilizer (grid type or UV) will do wonders. I have a home UV sterilizer in the living room right next to my tank for over all health and for the health of my tank.

    Update to thread

Thanks to everyone for all your help. It seems everything has survived after a lengthy battle. The only bad news is I appear to be cycling again. :(

So many water changes and vacuuming must have killed part of the LR and now I am into some huge algae blooms. Greens and browns all over the tank, substrate, and walls. I am just letting it run watching for toxic levels. I'm not exactly sure how to manage a cycle with so many fish in there.

I had a bout of ick with one of the clowns, but he survived.

Thanks again for all of your help.
