    i have a 75g tank going to get drilled for an overflow the bottom is tempered so gonna drill two at the bottom back glass does anyone know a good size hole to drill or recommend anything other than this also i was either going to get a black piece of acrylic cut or if someone could give me a link on where to get a black overflow piece if not what would be a good thickness for the acrylic

    I believe for a 1 inch bulkhead you will drill a 1 1/4 inch hole. As far as the overflow... I got mine from Tangster. You could go to a glass store and buy some 1/8 inch acrylic and some Weld-on 16 and make your own...
