ordered a fixture from reef breeders a month ago

Logan hasnt emailed me anything I had to email him asking when hes going to ship. Said it woul be shipped between feb 22 and the 7th. This has been over the course of a month going on two. Talk about poor customer service. Just letting others know.

 

Wow, was it a custom fixture?

 

No stock, im not trying to bash his company its just frustrating. Md Brs and Aquacave have it to my door within two weeks. I have never had to wait so long. Atleast they sell good fixtures and have the facts to prove for it. Im just disapointed with the service I recieved.

If you have not heard, our supplier was closed until the 18th for Chinese new year. The accurite I gave was accurite (21st to 7th) If you ordered in the first week of February, our next shipment is this week. Everyone else will have a Monday shipment next week, 3/4. From then we will have very short shipment time, and likely some stock. Please check your spam folder, I know we got to most people, but if we missed you, you can give me a call after 3pm eastern at 203 242 6301.
