Hey guys, I picked up what I believe to be a trachy from my LFS that was fragged in half and got it for a great deal. It has really good coloration (looks better then in the pics.) Everything in my tank is nice and happy I just have never dealt with a fragged open brain before. Should I frag off the little bit of skeleton that is left from fragging, I have a dremel with a diamond bit wheel that works great for fragging!? Or should I just feed it so it will grow faster, and cover the exposed skeleton? It has completely healed just needs a little more TLC to look like my other open brains.

Here is a picture. Thanks in advance!

i would let it be and allow the tissue to overgrow the skeleton. Just feed it and nurse it back to health
