How long has it been out?

the most important thing is circulation. Stir the water frequently with a large spoon or spatula. If the temp drops too low heat some water and poor it into a hot watr bottle and float it in your tank. Don't poor the water in directly.

If you have an inverter you may be able to use that to run a powerhead from a car battery.

If you have a generator start it up.

Battery operated air pumps will do wonders, as far as O2 and circulation. As for how to heat the tank is a good ? Living in South Fla, I have never had that problem. Maybe using some candles can work some how.
