Ocellaris or Percula?

    I can't count the spines, but that looks like a true perc and not an ocellaris due to the shading and thickness of the black around the bars. I could be wrong tho. I cant see clearly to count.

    ...Really? The friend that gave me the pair said they were ocellaris lol. Here's another picture...not that good as the lights are off. I just asked him again if he was sure and he said he was it just has an abnormal ammount of black on it.

    All signs still point to Percs. Percs have 9-10 dorsal spines while Ocs have 11.

    dorsal fin being the fin on the top toward the nose correct? Im gonna try n count them tomarrow. At night its hard to get a good pic of them because they swim back and forth real tight in one place.
