Any clue what this is? Some guy from the local shop said they were small anemone's and a nuisance. They're spreading like wild-flower on the rock and sand. Any idea how to get rid of them?

    What's the process of "nuking?"

I read that Aptasia X is reef safe? Is that correct and does anyone have experience with it?

I purchased the Aptasia X and WOW, it appears to have rid the rock of nearly all. I'll leave a few for my peppermint shrimp to chow down on.

Ive tried every product made to rid my reef of these evil anemones.Haven't found one that actually works, they just come back.I think some products are maybe just kalk with water, with a big price tag.Did the copperband fish twice,no use, they do eat them, but good luck keeping those butterfly fish alive.I won't support the trade by buying them anymore,to watch them slowly starve to death.Another fish that should just be left in the ocean. Then along came frank :) a matted filefish.cute as a button, and cleaned up my problem in a week. And he LUVS mysis shrimp as well....here he is
