Noel Might be Gone :(

I was cleaning my filter in my over flow when I found Noel in there! I tried to save her but she went in to my pipe that goes into my sump. I looked for her in the tube, in the sump, everywhere but I cannot find her I'm so depressed that she is probably gone. I'm hoping that she reappears back in the over flow but chances are slim to none.

 

So sorry to hear, hopefully she reappears, she maybe investigating and could be OK if she catches food that goes by. She may be hanging on in seams.

i had a mystery wrasse disappear for a couple weeks (had lids on tank etc) One day I was feeding and out of the corner of my eye I saw something jump in the overflow...she was in there. Heres to hoping you find Noel safe and sound....... by the way what is Noel? Pistol?

 

Sorry to hear that, you were so excited about noel Any chance it was just a molting? I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

 

Oh man.... Noel was pretty new too! Well I hope Noel shows up soon, happy and alive!

 

I had an old fashion powerhead, with a filter pipe and sponge on the bottom. Well when I wasn't home, like months in college, I came back to find my pistol stuck in the powerhead. My mom said the sponge had been on the ground for at least two weeks. He lost three legs and an antenna. He came back after a nice rehab in a tub. They are super strong creatures. I bet Noel will come back safe and sound! I have hope.

 

No I physically saw her go down the tube to my sump. She isn't in my sump yet so I will keep an eye out for her.
