    Hi my name is Dan, I have been reef keeping for about 7 years. I currently have a 90 gal. with about a 30 gal sump. this tank has been up for about 2 years. for lights I have 2 250 watt double ended metal halides with 2 t5 actinics and moonlights. I currently have no mech. filtration, just live rock in the sump/fuge. thinking of putting a protein skimmer in, but not sure if I want to as all corals seem to be thriving as is. (if it aint broke, don't fix it)

    prior to this tank I had a 55 in wall. that was a learning experience. the tank did well, but I probably spent more unnecessary money on that tank then I have on the 90. Live and learn.

    any way from my lurking I know you guys require pics on just about every thread, so I will try and add one of my favorites.

    I will try and chime in on some threads, but I will say right now that I am no expert on anything, and you should always get more then one opinion.

    yes its an anemone, not sure what kind, obviously a long tip of some sort, he's really grown and changed to a nice color of green in my tank.
